Last updated April 10, 2026. These terms explain who can use Connektly, how subscriptions work, what conduct is prohibited, and how we handle suspension, ownership, and service changes.
Acceptance
By accessing or using Connektly, you agree to these Terms of Use on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you are using the platform for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and use the service in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.

Workspace owners are responsible for seats, permissions, connected channels, and payment settings.
Accounts and security
Keep your workspace secure and your credentials current:
- Maintain accurate account, billing, and company information.
- Protect passwords, access tokens, API keys, and any connected provider credentials.
- Grant workspace access only to authorized users and promptly remove access when roles change.
- Notify us if you believe an account, workspace, or integration has been compromised.
Acceptable use
Connektly is built for legitimate customer communications and operations. You may not use the service to engage in harmful, deceptive, or unauthorized activity.
- Messaging abuse: No spam, phishing, fraud, unlawful outreach, impersonation, or messages that violate provider policies.
- System abuse: No scraping, reverse engineering, vulnerability probing, abusive automation, or attempts to bypass access controls.
- Content abuse: No illegal content, harmful files, or data you do not have the right to collect, store, or transmit.
- Operational abuse: No activity that materially disrupts platform reliability or other customers' use of the service.
Billing
Subscriptions, renewals, and payment obligations:
- Paid plans renew based on your selected billing cycle unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
- You are responsible for all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your workspace.
- Failed or overdue payments may result in limited functionality, suspension, or plan downgrade.
- Promotional pricing, trial periods, and message credits may be subject to separate limits and expiration rules.
Ownership
You retain rights to your customer records, message content, CRM entries, and uploaded business content. Connektly retains rights to the software, branding, site content, interface design, documentation, and other platform materials.
Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, or discontinue parts of the platform, including features that depend on third-party providers. Planned maintenance, provider outages, or security incidents may impact service availability from time to time.
- We may release new features, alter existing functionality, or retire outdated workflows.
- Third-party messaging and payment integrations may change independently of Connektly.
- We may suspend access if necessary to protect customers, investigate abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
Termination
You may stop using Connektly at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if your account violates these terms, fails to pay required fees, or creates material security or compliance risk.
Disclaimers and liability
Connektly is provided on an as-available basis. While we work to keep the service secure and reliable, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or outcomes that depend on third-party platforms, carriers, or customer implementation choices.
- You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of the content your team sends or stores.
- You are responsible for compliance with consent, messaging, and customer communication rules that apply to your business.
- To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service period.
